Lanier Local separates public directory information from private requests, authenticated business work, provider records, and minimized operational measurements.

Lanier Local does not sell personal information or turn a private service request into marketing consent. A selected business receives only the request a customer deliberately sends to it.
Reviewed policy
You can browse public pages without creating an account. Public profiles may show business identity, services, stated work areas, eligible contact details, reviewed owner-provided content, and approved business media. Lanier Local records minimized page and task events when operational measurement is enabled; those events are designed not to include request text, contact details, exact addresses, access tokens, or payment data.
When guided requests are activated for an eligible profile, the form will collect only the name, contact details, service, broad work area, timing, and description a visitor chooses to provide. The request will be encrypted and limited to its private status capability, the selected business’s authorized Workspace, and authorized support operations. An inactive request page collects nothing. Consent applies only to the selected recipient and request; it is not marketing consent. Never include passwords, door codes, payment-card data, medical records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
For a guided request submitted after that capability is activated, the private request and protected status capability expire 90 days after submission. Before expiry, the holder of the private status link can review, correct, cancel, or erase the request where its state permits. Erasure removes private request, response, delivery-recipient, support-message, and outcome-note content while retaining a content-free integrity receipt. A public factual report, restriction request, or community nomination is due for operator review within 30 days; its private reporter and source context is erased after 90 days, while a content-free integrity receipt remains. These controls do not imply that either intake is active on every profile or in every environment.
WorkOS provides business identity and sign-in. Lanier Local stores bounded identity, business-authority, role, review, publication, and operational records needed to control access. Business images are stored in Cloudflare R2 and remain private until rights, privacy, safety, description, and publication review is complete. Approved images may become public; an authorized business user may withdraw them from public use.
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, object storage, abuse protection, and minimized analytics infrastructure. WorkOS provides authentication, Resend provides transactional email, Stripe hosts payment checkout and billing management, and Cloudflare Turnstile may verify that a public submission is not automated abuse. Lanier Local does not ask the public site to store payment-card details. Provider access and logs are limited to the purpose of operating and protecting the service.
Public factual corrections, profile restrictions, and removal requests remain separate from payment. When online intake has issued a private status link, that link provides the applicable request-specific privacy and support controls. Authorized business users can use the secure Workspace for account, media, team, export, and support controls. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by a new reviewed date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
