Directory information is a starting point

Lanier Local organizes business-provided, accepted, and reviewed information for discovery. A listing is not an endorsement, license verification, background check, guarantee, emergency referral, professional advice, or promise of availability, service area, price, quality, safety, or outcome. Confirm the exact address, scope, qualifications, insurance, permits, terms, and fit directly with the business or responsible official source.

Requests are not bookings

When guided requests are active for an eligible profile, a private request goes only to the selected business Workspace. An inactive request page collects or delivers nothing. Recording, delivering, responding to, or discussing an active request does not create a booking, service contract, price agreement, warranty, dispatch, or guaranteed response. The business and customer remain responsible for their own agreement and work.

Responsible use

Use accurate information and only submit content you are authorized to share. Do not misuse another person’s identity or business, submit unlawful or harmful content, probe protected systems, automate abusive traffic, evade access controls, or place secrets and unnecessary sensitive information in a request. Lanier Local may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, reject, remove, or preserve evidence of activity needed to protect people, the directory, or the service.

Business authority and published content

Business control requires authenticated identity, reviewed business authority, and an assigned role. A business user is responsible for the accuracy, rights, privacy, and lawfulness of submitted facts and media and for keeping public contact and work-area information current. Review or publication does not transfer ownership to Lanier Local or create an endorsement, verification badge, or organic-rank advantage.

Free listing and optional Member tools

Core eligible business facts, corrections, restrictions, removals, and ordinary organic relevance do not require payment. Optional Member tools add capabilities, not trust or rank. Any purchasable offer must show exact written terms before Stripe-hosted checkout, and the business must deliberately select one available plan.

The founding monthly offer, when specifically enabled for an eligible business, charges $39 at purchase and $39 once each month until canceled. The founding annual Member offer charges $390 at purchase and automatically renews for $390 once each year until canceled. That annual price is $78 less than twelve $39 payments if the business would otherwise continue monthly for a full year.

Annual renewal can be canceled through the secure Stripe billing portal before the renewal date. Paid Member access continues through the already-paid annual term and then returns to the applicable Free Presence or Claimed Control state. Unused annual time is not automatically prorated or refunded. Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, inability to provide the purchased service, and refunds required by law are handled through support and Stripe reconciliation. An approved refund may end paid-only access; factual control and the useful free listing remain.

Availability, changes, and disputes

Lanier Local may correct, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a capability when needed for accuracy, safety, law, provider failure, or service protection. Public business information can change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Privacy, factual correction, profile restriction, appeal, recovery, export, and support controls remain available through the applicable public or authenticated path. These terms are governed by the law applicable to Lanier Local’s operating entity and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
